• You grant Lumiotech Private Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, review, store, reproduce, and internally share your User Content solely for the purpose of evaluating investment opportunities and related business discussions.
• You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit the User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property or confidentiality obligations.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your submission does not contain trade secrets, confidential information of third parties, or material you are not authorised to disclose.
• Submission of a pitch does not create any obligation on Lumio Capital or Lumiotech Private Limited to invest, partner with, or respond to you within any particular timeframe.
• Unless a separate written non-disclosure agreement ("NDA") is executed between you and Lumiotech Private Limited, we are under no obligation to treat your submission as confidential. You should not submit information you wish to keep strictly confidential without first contacting us to discuss an NDA.
• We may retain submissions in accordance with our Privacy Policy even if no investment is made.

Lumio Capital is a venture initiative operated by Lumiotech Private Limited and is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Investment Adviser, Portfolio Manager, Alternative Investment Fund (AIF), Research Analyst, or Merchant Banker.

The Website and Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted under Indian law.
